The Role: Business Central Developer

We’re on the hunt for a Business Central Developer who doesn’t just write code — but crafts solutions. You’ll be part of a dynamic team (pun intended 😎) driving innovation across our ERP landscape.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build, test, and deploy extensions and integrations in Business Central.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to design scalable, efficient systems.
• Deliver high-quality code that doesn’t come back with “just one more change, please.”
• Log progress, track tickets, and crush them one by one like a true agile warrior.
• Continuously optimize — because “good enough” isn’t in your vocabulary.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly syncs — yes, communication matters here.

Required Qualification or Experience:

• B.Sc. in Information Technology (or similar qualification) OR 7 years Business Central development experience
  
• At least 3 years' experience in Business Central development if you have the relevant degree
• Knowledge and understanding of Business Central processes
• DevOps for version control, source control and general working knowledge
  
• MB-800 certification (Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant) preferred
• MB-820 certification (Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer) preferred

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in Microsoft Business Central (BC) development and AL programming.
• Strong understanding of Azure DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automation tools.
• Proven experience in writing clear and detailed technical specifications.
• Ability to conduct code reviews and implement improvements.
• Solid experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• In-depth knowledge of security, performance optimization, and system design.

• You’ll be based at our Head Office in Reitz, Eastern Free State — surrounded by open skies, smart people, and systems that keep growing. 
• This role has the possibility of working remotely with agreed-upon days per month in the office
