QPro Feeds is a dynamic Animal Feed Manufacturing business with a facility in both Bethlehem and Vrede. We are responsible for producing animal feed to in-house clients as well as external clients in the monogastric and ruminant fields.
Job Description
The ideal team player will be a pro-active and detail-oriented individual with strong organisational and communication skills. They will be responsible for supporting the sales team by processing customer orders, managing sales data and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. A customer-focused mindset, ability to multitask and experience with administrative systems are essential for success in this role.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent,
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Strong computer literacy; NAV knowledge beneficial.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming order via phone/email and enter them into NAV.
- Provide after-sales support and manage queries or complaints.
- Process sales orders, issue invoices and credit notes accurately and on time.
- Manage pricing updates and maintain and update customer database.
- Create transporter purchase orders, process documentation and handle related administration.
- Create and maintain various sales reports, dashboards and data analysis.
- Ensure accurate delivery details and follow-up documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and operational teams.
