Time and Attendance Administrator – Human Capital, Head Office Reitz

What You’ll Need in Your Unicorn Toolkit:

  • Grade 12/ NQF4 (HR/Finance qualification = extra sparkle).
  • 3+ years of Time & Attendance admin experience (bonus if you’ve tamed the PRP Solutions System).
  • Proven knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act
  • Intermediate Excel skills that impress.
  • A love for detail, deadlines, and doing things right the first time
  • Strong communication skills

Your Role:

  • Support divisions daily by correcting clocking errors and address absenteeism, ensuring accurate payroll data.
  • Keep improving our processes and maintain flawless time & attendance records.
  • Use your knowledge of BCEA, PRP, and Excel to ensure overtime, leave, and absenteeism is always correct.
  • Take ownership of system setups, troubleshoot device malfunctions, and make proactive recommendations.
  • Communicate openly with Human Capital, Payroll, and all divisions, ensuring collaboration leads to success.
