Purpose of the Role

We’re looking for an energetic and detail-driven Admin Assistant to keep our retail branch running like a well-oiled machine. You’ll be the go-to person for all things admin — ensuring processes are smooth, numbers add up, and our team stays focused on what matters most: our customers.


What You’ll Bring

  • Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
  • Experience in administration (retail or agricultural background is a big plus!)
  • A knack for numbers and strong Excel/Word skills
  • Sharp attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • The drive to improve systems, not just maintain them


What You’ll Do

  • Keep branch administration accurate, efficient, and compliant
  • Support internal and external audits with confidence and precision
  • Handle banking, petty cash, and financial documentation responsibly
  • Process goods received vouchers and manage invoice flow
  • Take ownership of stock claims and related paperwork
  • Help minimise risk by ensuring compliance at every step
  • Deliver friendly, professional service to colleagues and customers
  • Jump in to support general admin tasks that keep the branch humming
