Job Description

Lead. Inspire. Deliver excellence in agri-processing.

About the VKB Group

The VKB Group is a proudly South African agricultural company, providing support to farmers and producing fresh, farm-to-consumer foods. Beyond our consumer brands, VKB is represented regionally by VKB, GWK, and NTK. Our roots are firmly planted in farming, and over the years we’ve grown into a full-service agribusiness, operating across the food supply chain — from farm inputs to processing, logistics, and market distribution both nationally and internationally.

This “house of brands,” built with the support of our farmer-shareholders, is the foundation for building the agribusiness of the future.

About VKB Milling (Pty) Ltd

VKB Milling is a key subsidiary of VKB Agri Processors (Pty) Ltd, the agri-processing division of the VKB Group. With operations including white maize mills in Mokopane, Louis Trichardt, Mashishing, and a wheat mill and bakery in Frankfort, VKB Milling delivers world-class products and services to the South African market.

We pride ourselves on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and adding meaningful value to the agricultural sector. Our employees are given opportunities to develop their skills in a challenging, rewarding, and collaborative work environment.
